REFILLFLOW · EARLY ACCESS

Barcode kanban replenishment for the line

Replace two-bin cards, calls and chasing with a container scan that sends one owned refill request to stores.

Keep the loop you already run

Two-bin and kanban loops work because they are simple: an empty container means a refill. RefillFlow keeps that physical loop and gives each container a permanent barcode card. Scanning the empty container sends the request, so the card never has to travel to stores and back.

One container, one open request

Each container can have one open refill at a time. A second scan shows the request already in progress, with what has been picked and dispatched, instead of sending stores another. A new request always needs a deliberate confirmation at the station.

Fixed quantities, exact items

Each loop has an exact item, unit and refill quantity. Stores checks the material against its barcode when picking, and the line records what actually arrived. Quantities are whole units, and nothing is converted or rounded.

Begin with one loop

Onboarding starts with the refill you repeat most often: one item, one stores queue, one line location and two carded containers. Add loops once the first one runs without chasing.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
