REFILLFLOW · EARLY ACCESS

Print refill tickets at stores automatically

Every refill request prints its ticket on the right stores printer through SmartFACT PrintStation, with nobody at the printer.

The ticket arrives before anyone asks

When the line requests a refill, the ticket prints on the stores printer straight away. It shows the container, item, exact quantity, destination, priority and due time, with a barcode stores scans when picking. Nobody has to watch a screen or carry a card across the factory.

The right printer for each store

Approved rules choose the stores queue and its printer for each request. Printers connect through SmartFACT PrintStation, running unattended at stores, and each one is checked with your real label stock before use. Tickets print on 100 × 150 mm labels or A4.

Printing never decides the request

The request is recorded first and the ticket follows. If the printer is out of labels or offline, the request stays on the stores board with a visible print exception, and stores can pick from the board. Reprints are exact copies, and a reprint never creates another request.

Honest print states

A ticket sent to the printer is not the same as a ticket someone has seen, and neither is a delivery. RefillFlow keeps print status separate from the refill itself, so a lost print confirmation can never mark material as picked or received.

Early access starts with an agreed workflow. Supported scope and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with you.
